He is the Managing Director of We One Talent Development Centre Chavakkad facilitating and designing skill development programmes for students and teachers. He formerly rendered his service to CBSE and state schools as an experienced , enthusiastic and committed Principal. Presently working as Principal of Mahmoodiyya English School Perinjanam and Gen.Convenor of IAME Thrissur Sahodaya. He is a Post Graduate Degree holder in Commerce and PG Diploma in Educational Administration and Supervision. ഗാന്ധിജി :ആദർശങ്ങളുടെ പുതു വെളിച്ചം
ഒരു നൂലില്‍ കോര്‍ത്തിണക്കിയ പൂക്കളെപ്പോലെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വിവിധ ജനസമൂഹങ്ങളെ ദേശീയ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ പാതാകക്കീഴില്‍ ഒരുമിപ്പിച്ച ഗാന്ധിജി.സൂര്യനസ്തമിക്കാത്ത ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സാമ്രാജ്യത്തോട് അഹിംസമാര്‍ഗത്തിൽ പൊരുതി ഇന്ത്യക്ക് സ്വാതന്ത്യം നേടിത്തന്ന സഹനത്തിന്‍റെ പാതയിലൂടെ വര്‍ണ്ണവിവേചനത്തിനെതിരെ ആഞ്ഞടിച്ച ദാര്‍ശനികൻ..... ചരിത്രത്തിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായിതീര്‍ന്ന സത്യാഗ്രഹമെന്ന പുതിയ സമരസിദ്ധാന്തത്തിന്‍റെ ഉപ‍ജ്ഞാതാവ്...... ബാപ്പുജി എന്ന ഗാന്ധിജി. വിശേഷണങ്ങൾക്കപ്പുറത്തേക്ക് ലോകം മുഴുവൻ വളര്‍ന്ന ഭാരതീയൻ.
ഗാന്ധി’ എന്ന കവിതയിൽ വി മധുസൂദനന്‍ നായർ ചോദിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. “കനവായിരുന്നുവോ ഗാന്ധി? കഥയായിരുന്നുവോ ഗാന്ധി?”. കനവു പോലെയോ കഥ പോലെയോ ഓരോ ഇന്ത്യക്കാരനെയും കടന്നുപോയ, ജീവിതം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു ജനതയെ മുഴുവൻ അത്ഭുതപ്പെടുത്തിയ മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി.... 1869 ൽ ഗുജറാത്തിലെ പോര്‍ബന്തറിൽ ഇതേദിവസമാണ് ഗാന്ധിജിയെന്ന മോഹൻദാസ് കരംചന്ദ് ഗാന്ധിയുടെ ജനനം .രാജ്കോട്ടിൽ സ്കൂൾ വിദ്യഭ്യാസം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയ ഗാന്ധിജി ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിൽ നിന്ന് നിയമപഠനവും പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി. വക്കീലായും, മാധ്യമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായും സാമൂഹിക പരിഷ്കര്‍ത്താവായും വ്യക്തിമുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ചു.
ലളിതമായ ജീവിതരീതിയാണ് എന്നും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ വ്യത്യസ്ഥനാക്കിയത്. സ്ത്രീകളുടെ മൗലീകാവകാശം,മതസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം, രാജ്യത്തിന്‍റെ സ്വാത്ന്ത്യത്തിന് വേണ്ടി സ്വരാജ് തുടങ്ങി ഒട്ടേറെ മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് അദ്ദേഹം നേതൃത്വം നൽകി . ഗാന്ധിജിയോടുള്ള ബഹുമാനാര്‍ത്ഥം ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭ ഒക്ടോബര്‍ രണ്ട് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര അഹിംസാദിനമായി ആചരിക്കുന്നു.
സേവനദിനമായും ഈ ദിനം ആചരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. “ഭൂമിയില്‍ രക്തവും മാംസവുമുള്ള ഇങ്ങനെയൊരാള്‍ ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നതായി വരുംതലമുറ വിശ്വസിച്ചേക്കില്ല,”എന്ന് ഗാന്ധിജിയെ കുറിച്ച് ആൽബർട്ട് ഐൻസ്റ്റീൻ പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകൾ ഗാന്ധി ദർശനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസക്തി വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.
ആ ജീവിതത്തെ വിസ്മയത്തോടെയല്ലാതെ ഇന്നത്തെ തലമുറയ്ക്ക് നോക്കി കാണാനാവില്ല.
അശാന്തിയുടെ ലോകക്രമത്തിൽ നന്മയുടെയും സമാധാനത്തിന്‍റെയും പുതുവെളിച്ചമായി പ്രിയ ബാപ്പുജി ഇന്നും നിറഞ്ഞ് നിൽക്കുന്നു.
അഹിംസാമാർഗത്തിലൂടെ നമ്മുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി പോരാടിയ രാഷ്ട്രപിതാവ് മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധിയുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നിന്ന് നമുക്ക് പഠിക്കാനേറെയുണ്ട്...
ആദര്‍ശമില്ലാത്ത രാഷ്ട്രീയം
ജോലി ചെയ്യാതെ നേടുന്ന സമ്പത്ത്
മനസ്സാക്ഷി ഇല്ലാത്ത സന്തോഷം
സ്വഭാവഗുണമില്ലാത്ത വിജ്ഞാനം
ധാര്‍മ്മികതയില്ലാത്ത ബിസിനസ്സ്
ത്യാഗമില്ലാത്ത ഈശ്വരപൂജ
എന്നീ
ഏവരും അകറ്റി നിര്‍ത്തേണ്ട ഏഴ് തിന്മകളെകുറിച്ച് ലോകത്തെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദർങ്ങളോടുള്ള പ്രതിബദ്ധതയാണ്.
മാനവികതയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള മാര്‍ഗ്ഗദര്‍ശകങ്ങളായി മാറാൻ ഈ ദർശനങ്ങൾക്കാകട്ടെ എന്ന് നമുക്ക് പ്രത്യാശിക്കാം.
അശാന്തിയുടെ ലോകത്തിൽ നന്മയുടെയും സമാധാനത്തിന്‍റെയും പുതുവെളിച്ചമാകാൻ പ്രിയ ബാപ്പുജിയുടെ ആശയങ്ങള്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ, ഗാന്ധിദർശനങ്ങളുടെ സാമൂഹികമൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ മനസ്സുകളിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ, ഈ ജയന്തിയാഘോഷത്തെ അര്‍ത്ഥപൂര്‍ണമാക്കാം.....
