In his training sessions, he spread the fragrance of positive energy, personal empowerment etc to students and teachers. His inspiring words influence hundreds of school and college students in Kerala. He is the Managing Director of We One Talent Development Centre Chavakkad facilitating and designing skill development programmes for students and teachers. He formerly rendered his service to CBSE and state schools as an experienced , enthusiastic and committed Principal. Presently working as Principal of Mahmoodiyya English School Perinjanam and Gen.Convenor of IAME Thrissur Sahodaya. He is a Post Graduate Degree holder in Commerce and PG Diploma in Educational Administration and Supervision. He always engaged in continuous learning in order to broaden the knowledge and experience.He always ensuring the socio-emotional development and he believe that it is the best way for moulding student achievers.

As we know today we are ready to witness  the most important event.... the inauguration of Future teachers Club-the new innovative step of mahmoodiyya for developing students with extraordinary skills

The term "future teachers" means exactly what it sounds like.
We hope that the members of Future teacher  club can make differences in the campus of mahmoodiyya with SEL.... Social Emotional Learning....
Mahmoodiyya Future Teacher club members will be empowered with the skills called  *REPEAT*
